WHAT IS A FACIAL?

A facial is a family of skin care treatments for the face, including steam, exfoliation, extraction, creams, lotions, facial masks, peels, and massage.

WHAT IS EXFOLIATION?

Exfoliation involves the removal of the oldest dead skin cells on the skin’s outermost surface. Exfoliation is involved in all facials, during microdermabrasion or chemical peels. Exfoliation can be achieved by mechanical or chemical means.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET A FACIAL?

How often you get a facial will depend on your skin type and the treatment plan you and your esthetician have discussed. Most commonly, facials are recommended twice per month or seasonal with regular home care maintenance.

WHAT ARE THE AGE REQUIREMENTS TO RECEIVE SERVICES:

Facials: 12 years old and older with parental consent and present for minor

Body Waxing: 13 years old and older with parental consent and present for minor

Face waxing: 13 years old and older with parental consent and present for minor

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

No, all services and sales are final. However, because iModel always puts our supporters first we will offer another service or product complimentary depending on the circumstances. Each case is handled accordingly.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL?

Yes, all of our products are plant based.

ARE THERE ANY SERVICE RESTRICTIONS FOR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES?

Yes, if you have allergies please inform your esthetician so she can use the correct products for you without causing a breakout.

HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?

Depending on your skin type you can should see instant results.However, most drastic changes to the skin for people with achneic skin, hyper pigmentation or pimples etc can take 28- 45 days before the skin cells turn over and produce new layers of the skin.
