At iModel Beauty Bar, your safety, experience, and our team’s time are important to us. 

By booking and receiving services with iModel Beauty Bar, you agree to the following policies and waiver terms, which constitute a binding agreement under Georgia law.

Appointment Deposits

All appointments require a 20% deposit at the time of booking.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least twelve (12) hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Deposits will roll over to a rescheduled appointment only if the reschedule occurs within the 12-hour grace period.

Deposits are non-refundable and apply only toward future services when rescheduled within the allowed time frame.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

A $50 non-refundable no-show fee will be charged for any appointment where the client fails to arrive and fails to provide notice.

A no-call/no-show is confirmed one (1) hour after the scheduled appointment time if no communication has been received.

The $50 no-show fee is separate from the 20% deposit.

In the event of a no-show:

The 20% deposit will be returned, and

The $50 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.

Authorization to Charge Card on File

By booking an appointment with iModel Beauty Bar, you expressly authorize iModel Beauty Bar, in accordance with Georgia law, 

to charge the payment method on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. 

You acknowledge that these charges are non-refundable, reasonable, and represent compensation for reserved appointment time, staffing, and lost service availability.

Client Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By receiving services at iModel Beauty Bar, you acknowledge and agree that:

All services are provided for relaxation, cosmetic, and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.

You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, injuries, and contraindications prior to your service.

You understand that services may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to skin irritation, sensitivity, soreness, bruising, allergic reactions, or unforeseen complications.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with services provided.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless iModel Beauty Bar, 

its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from services performed, 

provided services are rendered within professional scope and based on the information you have provided.

Inappropriate Conduct Policy

Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or actions will result in immediate termination of the service without refund and may result in refusal of future services.

Agreement & Legal Notice

By booking an appointment and/or receiving services, you confirm that:

You have read and understand these Policies, Cancellation Terms, and Liability Waiver in full

You agree to be legally bound by these terms

You waive any dispute regarding authorized charges applied in accordance with these policies

This agreement constitutes a binding service contract governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
