Refund policy
At iModel Beauty Bar, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for services once clients have left our premises. Any discrepancies must be communicated and resolved before final payment is made. Once final payment is completed, no refunds or chargebacks will be honored. For products purchased, we offer a 48-hour return policy. Depending on the product and purchase time frame, clients can choose between a cash refund or an even exchange.
