Shipping and Returns

All services scheduled are subject to a non refundable 10% deposit. Deposits are forfeited with no call no shows or same day cancellations. A refund will only be issued for cancellations of appointments 24 hours before appointment time. Refunds will be deposited back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Any rescheduled appointment the deposit will roll over.

Standard shipping is 3 – 5 Business Days. Standard shipping does not include the weekends, holidays or pandemic delays. Express delivery is 1 – 2 Business Days. Express delivery can be purchased by the customer at the customers expense at an additional fee depending on the delivery area. Please select express shipping at check out. Wigs are custom and take longer to ship. Most orders can be received within 5-7 days after order has been placed.

​Orders do not ship until payment has been made and successfully processed to iModel. Most transactions are instant, however this can take 24/48 hours. Once payment is confirmed customer’s order will be packaged and shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

iModel Hair does not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL no exceptions. iModel will only honor an even exchange if the hair order that is received does not match the confirmed order that the customer paid for. The hair must remain in original packaging and remain untouched an unused in order to be considered for an exchange. Hair must be shipped back to iModel and received by iModel before exchange order is shipped to customer.
