At iModel Beauty Bar, your safety, experience, and our team’s time are important to us. 

By booking and receiving services with iModel Beauty Bar, you agree to the following policies and waiver terms, which constitute a binding agreement under Georgia law.

Appointment Deposits

A $20 booking deposit is required for service appointments and is applied toward your final service price.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit will be automatically refunded. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is not automatically refunded.

You can reschedule online up to 48 hours before your appointment. For changes closer to your visit, please contact the spa. We may transfer an existing deposit to a rescheduled appointment when arranged with our team.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without notice, your $20 deposit is forfeited, unless our team agrees to transfer it to a rescheduled appointment. There is no separate $50 no-show fee.

Authorization to Charge Card on File

By booking an appointment with iModel Beauty Bar, you authorize the collection of the disclosed booking deposit and any service balance you approve. We do not charge an additional cancellation or no-show fee under this policy.

Client Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By receiving services at iModel Beauty Bar, you acknowledge and agree that:

All services are provided for relaxation, cosmetic, and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.

You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, injuries, and contraindications prior to your service.

You understand that services may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to skin irritation, sensitivity, soreness, bruising, allergic reactions, or unforeseen complications.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with services provided.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless iModel Beauty Bar, 

its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from services performed, 

provided services are rendered within professional scope and based on the information you have provided.

Inappropriate Conduct Policy

Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or actions will result in immediate termination of the service without refund and may result in refusal of future services.

Agreement & Legal Notice

By booking an appointment and/or receiving services, you confirm that:

You have read and understand these Policies, Cancellation Terms, and Liability Waiver in full

You agree to be legally bound by these terms

You waive any dispute regarding authorized charges applied in accordance with these policies

This agreement constitutes a binding service contract governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
