iModel Hair FAQs
Yes, it will look natural. If you don’t tell, we won’t!
The picture is to give an idea of our hair’s texture. There will be slight variations between the hair you receive and the hair featured in the photo.
All of our hair products can be colored or bleached. We highly recommend a color preview test on a swatch of hair to see how your new color will look or have a professional restyle for you.
Upon confirmation of a cleared payment, orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are then shipped with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days for priority USA clients.
How long the hair lasts depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally it could last longer than 1 year.
The current grade range for Hair type is 3A-10A. The differences are simple, the higher the grade the better the quality of the hair which will include less shedding, softer feel, and longer duration. However, all of our hair is 100% virgin human hair and has a lasting life of 1 year if maintained properly

iModel Beauty Bar FAQs
A facial is a family of skin care treatments for the face, including steam, exfoliation, extraction, creams, lotions, facial masks, peels, and massage.
Exfoliation involves the removal of the oldest dead skin cells on the skin’s outermost surface. Exfoliation is involved in all facials, during microdermabrasion or chemical peels. Exfoliation can be achieved by mechanical or chemical means.
How often you get a facial will depend on your skin type and the treatment plan you and your esthetician have discussed. Most commonly, facials are recommended twice per month or seasonal with regular home care maintenance.

Yes, if you have allergies please inform your esthetician so she can use the correct products for you without causing a breakout.
Depending on your skin type you can should see instant results.However, most drastic changes to the skin for people with achneic skin, hyper pigmentation or pimples etc can take 28- 45 days before the skin cells turn over and produce new layers of the skin.
