Our Mission

iModel Beauty Bar’s mission is to provide
luxurious, white-glove beauty services by top beauty industry professionals
trained in the fundamentals of skincare and healthy beauty service practices
for men and women of color. 

About iModel Beauty
Bar

Founder and licensed esthetician, Quinisha
Reid, created the iModel Brand in her hometown of Peoria, Illinois in 2012. It
started as an event and photoshoot business for aspiring models to safely shoot
and structure their professional portfolios. After moving to Atlanta, Georgia
in 2014, iModel Hair was born. Quinisha introduced her collection of
high-quality retail and wholesale human hair extensions, premium lace wigs,
magnetic lashes, and organic hair care products designed for women of
color. 

Co-founder and serial entrepreneur, Lequita
Eason, oversees the day-to-day financial obligations of iModel Beauty Bar.
Utilizing her Master’s in Professional Accounting, Lequita provides financial
education and wealth-building practices to the iModel Beauty Bar in-house
professionals that will extend their abilities and success beyond iModel Beauty
Bar.

In 2021, Quinisha opened the first
brick-and-mortar to iModel Beauty Bar, located in the heart of Downtown
Atlanta. iModel Beauty Bar is where many beauty services, such as teeth
whitening, facials, body waxing, makeup applications, and lash services are
performed by certified and licensed beauty professionals. Her black-owned
luxury establishment would not be complete without the retail display of iModel
Beauty Bar’s signature 100% organic handmade hair care products, luxurious hair
extensions, and magnetic mink lashes.

As a certified partner for the highly rated
skincare brand, Dermalogica, iModel Beauty Bar has positioned itself to stand
out amongst competing beauty bars and spas within the Metro Atlanta area.
iModel Beauty Bar is proud to offer clients exclusive skincare products that
guarantee to deliver real results. iModel Beauty Bar believes in gifting each
client with skincare and product knowledge necessary to maintain healthier and
happier skin. Dermalogica products are available in-store and online. 

iModel Beauty Bar thrives off integrity while
providing unforgettable experiences and continued education for its in-house
beauty professionals. Both owners take pride in passing the baton of success to
the professionals who contribute to the greatness of iModel Beauty Bar through
its effective mentorship program. The mentorship program eases the transition
from employee to business owner by sewing the educational seeds of financial
wealth, and mental healthcare. We also provide an array of valuable resources
that will enhance the growth of each in-house beauty professional. This passion
led to the creation of iModel Academy, where aspiring beauty students and
professionals can receive proper education and training in the beauty industry.
They will also receive financial courses, professional advice, and resources
that will lead them to business ownership, financial literacy, and success.  

The hard work and dedication of the owners
have not gone unnoticed within the beauty industry. iModel Beauty Bar has been
mentioned in countless publications, including Sheen Magazine, Voyage
Magazine, and KISH Magazine. iModel Beauty Bar is the
proud winner of the 2022 R.I.C.E. Awards for Founders Rising Star
Award and the 2022 Best of Georgia Award for the Esthetician
category. 

We are proud of what iModel Beauty Bar has
achieved thus far. We look forward to enhancing our growth through integrity
and providing five-star services and products to our clients. While this is
just the beginning, iModel Beauty Bar will be around for many generations.
