Spent my birthday at iModel Beauty Bar and it was a great experience! My facial was absolutely amazing. Upon arrival I was greeted, seated and asked if I wanted anything to drink by the owner. Their space is clean and has a great ambiance to it. They walked me through everystep and made sure my comfort was level was good. They also how message chairs while getting the facial , so definitely a 2 for 1! Will be returning again! Highly recommend.
Excellent the ladies are very professional wine and water was offered to me. I believe I was the only one there on a rainy Sunday afternoon. It's a private setting so I felt free to open my bath robe in the sauna. Very clean environment. Plenty of free parking and you have to ring the doorbell because they keep the doors locked for safety purposes.
Very impressed with Kayla Nicole! She alone deserves 5 stars for her courtesy, skill and professionalism. I recommend you book a facial with her if you want glowing results with impeccable customer service. My reason for offering 4 stars instead of 5 is a result booking & confirming a dual session for myself and friend, only to be told, upon arrival, that we would not receive our facials simultaneously. The owner Q did attempt to rectify this misstep by offering sauna time in place of idling. All in all, I see a bright future for this establishment, team & customers. I plan to return & recommend to others.
I actually loved my experience. Parking was alittle difficult duct off in the back of the building down an alley BUT my services was phenomenal! I got the spa package with massage, facial and sauna. I skipped the sauna but the facial was amazing and had my skin glowing!! My service provider did her thing and the back massage was extremely relaxing I caught myself snoring and she made me feel very comfortable with great product recommendations! Next time I’m in the city I know where I’m coming back to!
